John Evans BSc (Hons) AssocRICS MCIOB Director
The Practice is owned and managed by John Evans. John has over 20 years experience as a Building Surveyor. He started his career in private practice after studying for a Building Surveying degree at the University of Salford. Historic buildings have always been John’s passion and this prompted a move to pursue his interest full time by working for the National Trust for almost 15 years.
During his time with the Trust, John has overseen numerous refurbishment projects upon historic buildings and he was also responsible for the planned, cyclical and reactive repairs and maintenance upon one of the Trusts largest estates based in Cheshire.
John is an Associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
